@Jeena I was also given the conservative view as a kid. Then I actually studied a foreign language and it clicked for me how difficult integration can be for foreigners if they don’t have the language skills or time/money/native contacts for becoming more fluent. But of course advanced language skills don’t necessarily equal integration
