October 7, 2022 - Dubai Fresh Fish. Never been to this restaurant, it just caught my eye. To be honest, never thought about what kind of food Dubai has. I guess seafood isn’t unrealistic but it wouldn’t have been my first guess? And not to say that fish is Dubai’s only food..

October 4, 2022 - I have sat here before, and I think I have even posted a photo that I took while sitting here. However, I never noticed this detail above the cover. The circle with lines inside is a motif seen and used a lot in Kyrgyzstan which represents the top/roof of a yurt

September 22, 2022 - all marshrutkas have a sign like this visible from the outside with the number and a list of places that the particular one goes to. I found these signs intimidating to read at first but they helped me learn about locations within the city
September 21, 2022 - it appears that someone in my building is having a party. Why is their apartment behind an indoor gate? I have no idea. I don’t know if that means there is anything different about that apartment compared to others in the building
September 20, 2022 - inside a small burger cafe near my apartment. I think it’s funny that it is called ‘Beef Burgers’ but it also annoys me a bit! I assume that a burger comes with beef if unspecified, so it sounds redundant
